Russell ProClassic Hose & Full Flow Hose Ends
ASSEMBLY PROCEDURE
Please study this procedure carefully before assembling your new Russell ProClassic Hose and Full Flow Hose Ends. If you have any

ASSEMBLY PROCEDURE
1. Cut hose to length, as straight and square as possible, with razorblade-type hose cutter or shears (See Fig. 1).
2. Unscrew socket from hose end. Push hose into socket, turning counter-clockwise, until hose is seated against step in socket
(See Fig. 2). Make sure rubber part of hose does not protrude into socket threads.
3. Apply Russell assembly lube to threads on nipple assembly and in socket (See Fig. 3). Insert nipple into socket/hose and
start threads by hand (clockwise). Hold socket/hose in vise. Turn nipple with wrench until there is less than 1/16” between
nipple hex and socket (See Fig. 4).
4. Repeat Steps 1-3 for other end of hose.
5. Flush hose assembly with solvent or soapy water and blow clean with compressed air or let air dry.
